Requirements:
Education :
- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree of Civil Engineering
- Min 1 year in current position
Computer literacy :
- MS Office & Internet
- Good command in English oral and written
Understand concrete technology (concrete raw material testing, concrete sampling, curing, testing and evaluating) Understand concrete troubleshooting and solution for customer and operation Sufficiency in a wide scope of specialist area associated with quality monitoring and controlling support of high volume production activity Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification Good communication and leadership skill Ability to deal with people from all levels of the business Knowledge of construction industry and concrete application
Civil Engineer
Requirements:
Education:
- University degree from Civil Engineering
- 3 - 5 years work experience in continuous process / chemical / mining industry-preferably in cement
- 3 - 5 years experience in civil / structural engineering consulting or Construction Company
Computer literacy:
- MS Office, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD
- Good command of English both oral & written
- Understand of cement production process
- Leadership – ability to direct and lead other engineers/technicians from other departments/directorates as well as contractors in the in project under his management
- Understand of technical (civil/mechanical /process) drawings
- Good technical report writing
- Good communication, personal & interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge the ways things are done in an innovative way
Requirements:
Education :
- D3 with Engineering background
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- Minimum requirement is 3 years experienced in fire & rescue or response section
- Experience 2 years as fire Fighter & rescue Brigade
- Office, Lotus Notes
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Capable of driving a fire truck & ambulance
- Knowledge of fire & rescue operation or emergency response
- Knowledge of fire & rescue equipment and tools
- Good hazards recognition, inspection skill ; safety and loss prevention skill

- Minimum Diploma III or polytechnic graduate in Civil or Architecture
- Minimum 3 (three) years working experience on cement base industry
- Handling complaint with satisfactory result
- Familiar with International standart for cement base product application such as PBI, SNI, ASTM, BS, AASHTO, etc.
- Work on construction field Lead any member to achieve the objective
- Experienced in dealing or communicating with construction workers (such contractor, consultant, project owner or masons)
- Lead or execute some bellow the line (BTL) activities is an advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet)
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Has good interpersonal skill, communication skill (incl. Presentation skill), and service oriented
- Honest, Fast learner, hard working and can work under pressure Having SIM A and C license
